What it does

120+ exercises, ready to go
BTR ships with over 120 exercises across 12 categories, most with a reference image. Build your routine and start training.

Left and right, tracked as you go
Mid-workout, the rest timer starts itself after each set and BTR keeps L and R as separate sets. Nothing to count, nothing to remember — so neither side gets left behind.

EMOMs, supersets, built-in timers
Build an EMOM with rounds and a work interval, group exercises into supersets, and let the rest timer run itself between sets.

Export it. Import it. It's yours.
Send your Workouts data out as a .routinespack file and import it back on any phone — or hand it to a training partner.
Getting BTR
Is BTR a subscription?
No. BTR is a one-time purchase of $4.99 on Google Play, with no subscription and no in-app purchases. The price may vary by region.
What do I get for $4.99?
The full app on your Android phone — all the functionality, no restrictions, no ads. One payment. No subscription. No in-app purchases. Every update included.
Does BTR need an internet connection?
No. BTR works completely offline — every workout, exercise and timer runs on your phone. A connection is only needed if you turn on Google Drive backup or open a video link you added yourself.
Where is my workout data, and can I get it out?
Your data is stored in a database on your own phone, not on a server we run. Your exercises, routines and EMOMs can be exported individually at any time and imported back the same way, on this phone or any other. You can also export everything, including your settings and history, by creating a backup — and restoring it brings all of it back.
Do I need an account to use BTR?
No. BTR creates no account and we run no server. Signing in with Google is optional, and it only backs up your own data to your own Google Drive.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. BTR is on Android only, through Google Play. If an iOS version ships, it will be listed on this page.

It's been really helpful for creating my kettlebell workouts, many of which are EMOM and HIIT. All I have to do is add the exercises to the list and then create the workouts I like. The History feature is very useful for seeing my progress.
★★★★★FranklinGoogle Play This is a great app to track your daily movement and exercise routine. Nice follow up. Try it out!
★★★★★HarveyGoogle Play I really like the app because it has so many customizable options and it lets me keep good track of my weight and my progress. And the laterality reminder is excellent for someone as scatterbrained as me 😅 — sometimes I forget which leg I'm on during an exercise, so that feature is genuinely useful.
